The whole usability of the app is really poor. For a company of Cove’s size a full overhaul surely needs to be put in place to improve customer experience and show the whole company in a better light. ### 1/5 — Total rubbish *2023-10-21, version 1.0.3* Crashes all the time, crashes whenever you try to order any food, never remembers your booking reference- really poor ! ### 1/5 — Shocking App *2023-09-25, version 1.0.3* Pointless app. Have to remember your booking reference every time you log in. 2 holidays in a row, the app to unlock your door doesn’t work! Nothing works. It constantly says there’s an issue with the connection, despite being connected to Cove UK WiFi that works with every other webpage and app. Also logs you out of the app whenever you click ‘back’ on activities. ### 1/5 — Back again same problem *2025-06-20, version 1.0.9* Would you believe it a year later and the same problem with the app. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work!! *2025-05-18, version 1.0.9* Having downloaded the app to try and book activities for our break I am totally frustrated! Each time I open it I have to re-enter my booking reference. If I stayed logged in I then get an error page telling me the content is restricted and I need to log in to access the content. So each time I use it I have to remember to log out then shut the app down completely so that when I reopen it (and having entered my booking reference) I can then log back in so that I can access the page to book activities! Even then I still get the error page for the food and drink section. What a total waste of time! Avoid the app!!! The fact they want you to use a digital key for some caravans and you can’t even get on the app is terrible. It’s been like this for a long time. It says ‘having trouble connecting’ even when I’m at home with good wifi, it’s not just because of bad signal it’s a faulty app. It just hardly ever works! I thought the app was down for a while for changes/new app? This seems worse than the last one ### 2/5 — Same as old app just worse *2023-03-28, version 1.0.1* The original app is basically a web site within the app. And isn’t always that helpful. But it was better than this one. Every time you go into it you have to put in your booking number every time. When you are on site and want to order a drink you have to go through all that first.
