When planing a route, for some bizarre reasons uses km instead of miles despite all units on the app and the car are imperial, not metric ones. Why is that and could this be fixed? When starting remote air conditioning, it takes few attempts before it kicks in regardless the distance. I can be next to the car or few steps away. Won’t turn on. Charging schedules, why can’t I setup those from the app? ### 4/5 — App deutlich verbessert! *2026-08-19* Wir haben seit 18 Monaten einen Cupra Born und die App hat sich über die Zeit DEUTLICH verbessert. Danke ans Team. Eine Bitte, stellt man das Auto Mit nur 30% ab und will nach dem Anstecken vom LadeStecker nur auf 50% laden wäre eine kleine Option mit " nur einmal nutzen" sinnvoll, denn am nächsten Tag will man oft wieder ganz normal auf 80% oder mehr laden. Beim IPhone ist das eine super Funktion. Wenn möglich diese Option gleich anbieten, ohne das man erst den Stecker einsteckt, sonst muss man ja nochmal ins Auto zurück, was natürlich nervt. Our team is constantly working to improve the app. ### 2/5 — Not that good *2026-07-20, version 2.19.1* Setup app with my brand new cupra Leon, was all good for a few days but now app shows I have done 24k mileage when I have done a total of 900 miles in my new car??? Which in turn is stating I need an oil Service already, not very good. Reset the app and infotainment system and still reads incorrect total distance covered. ### 4/5 — App-Widget *2026-07-12* Die App ist übersichtlich und gut aufgebaut. Was mir fehlt sind App Widgets (sind bei der Volkswagen App vorhanden), die man sich auf dem Startbildschirm vom iPhone anzeigen lassen kann z.b. den aktuellen Ladestand des Fahrzeuges oder ein Button mit „Sofort klimatisieren“ oder Fahrzeug ver- oder entriegeln. **Developer response:** Hallo! Not a patch on my wife’s Mini app. Could and should do better, can’t see me using it. ### 4/5 — Es werden keine Ladestops mehr geplant *2026-07-03* Update: seit heute funktioniert die Ladeplanung und Akku Anzeige in Routenberechnung. So passt das für mich wieder. Ich fand die App echt gut bis zum letzten Updates. Seit dem werden keine Ladestops mehr mit Angezeigt. Auch werden in der Routenberechnung kein Anfangs- und End akkustand mehr angezeigt. Was wie ich finde bei einem e Auto sehr wichtig ist. Bitte wieder in Ordnung bringen. Schöne Grüße! ### 2/5 — Lacking *2026-07-02, version 2.19.1* I used to have a Tesla and this app massively lacks in comparison. The three biggest things missing are : 1. Being able to use your phone as a key. 2. In lieu of the above, being able to start the car through the app. 3. Not having a reading on current temperature in car. With that, you can decide whether you need to turn on the climate remotely or not. The one thing it has over the Tesla is the remote parking feature, but this flat out doesn’t work. 2 stars giving as it does allow me to see current charge and the remote climate does work, but that’s it. ### 4/5 — Zufrieden, bis auf eine große schwäche *2026-06-22* Ich nutze die App nun seit ca einem 3/4 Jahr. Die Standheizung und alle anderen technischen Möglichkeiten funktionieren bei mir sehr gut. Die einzig große Schwäche ist aus meiner Sicht die Ladehistorie. Da ich einen Geschäftswagen habe muss ich meine Ladevorgänge dokumentieren. Eigentlich sollte das ja über die App funktionieren. Doch bei mir wird keine ladehistorie angezeigt. Bei meiner Kollegin hat es dann nach dem letzten Update funktioniert. Ich warte leider noch vergeblich… So ist es wirklich nervig und im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern dürftig geregelt. **Developer response:** Hallo! Le mode ventilation ne sert pas à grand chose… Il serait bien de mettre chauffage au maximum ou climatisation au maximum (pendant 10 minutes). That never ends, just cycles through the logo time and time again so you can never get into it ### 3/5 — Improved *2026-06-04, version 2.18.2* This app is informative and can be useful. Having information about mpg or parking location is helpful. I found the Seat Connect app terribly unreliable so I reserve judgement here. Including it for the first three years of car ownership and not two acknowledges the rough ride customers have had with it and Cupra should be congratulated on this. It’s functionality remains insufficient to warrant paying for it, particularly as it facilitates Seat/Cupra connectivity with its customers. Real shame as it was useful before ### 1/5 — Services section not loading! *2026-07-21, version 2.19.1* I find this app incredibly useful, but I believe the App needs a closer eye on when updates from Apple are applied. Recently updated to iOS 26.5.2 - can’t say it’s that for certain but it’s the only recent change I can determine. Can’t check charging or start it. Air con not available for remote activation. I just have “Services” section with nothing below. Paid for the Cupra connect start of July. Can this be sorted please? This has broken home assistant integration for me. Luckily my lease is up in 7 months and I’m already specking out my polestar. I’ve uninstalled it, reinstalled it… several times but it just never opens. Completely dead. iPhone 16 Pro ### 1/5 — App won’t open *2026-06-04, version 2.18.2* My car profile disappeared from the car. I’ve tried to sign in the app but the app won’t respond (on iPhone) I’ve deleted the app and tried to download again. All I get is the app drawing the CUPRA logo and nothing else. Any help available? ### 1/5 — Light mode stopped working. *2026-05-12, version 2.17.0* The app used to work great, but following the last update Light mode stopped working. It makes it really difficult to use for more than a couple of minutes if you have eye sight problems.
