Would be better if purchased service plans showed up in app instead of having to go to web version. ### 4/5 — Good when it works *2026-08-11, version 6.13.1* A very helpful App for planning journeys in an Electric car. The only issue I have is how infrequent it works. ### 3/5 — MY26 Jogger *2026-06-25, version 6.12.0* Having recently purchased a MY26 Jogger I was curious to see what the new connected services had to offer. Whilst I understand that a lot of the features are aimed more towards Dacia electric vehicles it is nice to be able to see some information, such as overall mileage, fuel levels with remaining miles also. I have had issues with the Horn beep and Light flashing functions in which they absolutely refuse to work with an error every time I try and pointing me towards and FAQ with no mention of how to resolve the issue. The cars infotainment system also generates a QR code to link to the app to the car to unlock profiles which does not work as it points towards the My Renault app and not the My Dacia app. Overall for basically functionality it’s ok, what I would like though is an option to change the remaining fuel level from Gallons to Litres which funnily enough is shown on the preview photos for the app on the AppStore. ### 2/5 — App *2026-06-11, version 6.12.0* The App fails alot to work Real time, and often shows a Lag. Eventually seems to right itself but frustrating & makes tracking difficult. ### 4/5 — It’s good but not great *2026-06-01, version 6.12.0* It’s a good app for sure to use with the duster 3, but there are some drawbacks backs. When selecting vehicle condition, it only displays the mileage and nothing else, I would like to see a lot more from this app but nope. Another thing is on the car itself, it is connected and logged in and it says to scan a QR code, which I do and it just loads the app and does nothing else, maybe because it’s all signed in on the same thing? I am not sure but I cannot see anything to do with the car in my app, only what the car is. No stats, no journeys, no diagnosis, no tyre pressure, no force update for the car etc. it did however tell me an update will be due soon… not when but soon.. this is not helpful because updates are rolled out in batches and this popped up for me over half a year ago and still no update because I am on the same version. The app is good for the manuals and how to do something but that’s about it, it doesn’t really serve as any other purpose I found which is why I give it a 4 ### 3/5 — Potential to be a great app *2026-05-31, version 6.12.0* The app is mostly great with one bug I have though; the guide in tips and guides opens to a blank page and I have close the app to get rid of it. L'équipe My Dacia. ### 5/5 — Dacia Duster *2026-05-07, version 6.11.0* Great user friendly app you can review specs and maintenance schedule. ### 4/5 — Limited but the potentials there. *2026-05-04, version 6.11.0* In terms of what this app offers is very basic but there’s so much potential in turning this app into something far more useful providing the issues with the software within my Dacia Duster Hybrid are resolved. There are still glitches in regard to the synchronisation between my Dacia and Apple CarPlay. It would be amazing if Dacia could embrace Apple CarPlay Ultra providing the technology within there cars was compatible with it. Stupid app! ### 1/5 — Very basic app for most users *2026-07-17, version 6.13.0* Downloaded the app prior to taking delivery of my Bigster Hybrid Extreme and got excited with the prospect of being able to precondition the car. Disappointed this feature is hidden after sync-ing. Other makes offer this feature on their hybrids, why is it limited to Dacia EVs of which some models are not available in the UK. Vom Ladezustand bis hin zur nächsten Wartung. Außerdem kann man im Winter das Fahrzeug vorheizen oder im Sommer herunterkühlen vor dem Fahrantritt und den aktuellen Standort kann man auch abfragen. Leider hat es einige Probleme gegeben bis die App einwandfrei funktioniert hat.
