I’m a nurse, over 20 years in healthcare, trust my docs to prescribe meds that will take care of my problems (while trying to fix them, if possible, through lifestyle adjustments).  I had NO IDEA until now just how harmful some of these meds, and the combination of meds, actually were to me!  I’m now armed with the needed information to continue important adjustments to live my most balanced life.  Not just for meds, drop your supplements in here too.  Won’t take another med without running it through and seeing what it’s actually going to do to m.
