## Newest reviews (6 of 26)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-10-06, version 1.3.1*

Great idea
But one of the poorest pieces of software I have ever used
So much is wrong with it
Sorry folks
I’m sure you can do so much better

### 2/5 — Not updating results

*2020-03-17, version 1.1.0*

I have to login to main web page as app is not updating to newest test results.

### 1/5 — C**p app

*2019-07-26, version 1.1.0*

This app is not fit for purpose. I can’t even login or logout. Same page visible but when I try to access my information it just doesn’t work. Very poor.

### 1/5 — 6 reviews ??? Can’t open more than 2. Walked away

*2019-01-15, version 1.1.0*

Walked away. 6 reviews , can’t open more than 2, which are both negative. Are we the ginny pigs , I ask. ???

### 1/5 — Useless - both the app and the support

*2018-11-30, version 1.1.0*

I originally downloaded this long awaited app in August and that’s when the lengthy saga started. Despite numerous emails and unfulfilled promises by the developers, I still cannot even log into the app. The last communication I had with the developers was in October and have heard nothing since. I did say I would hold off a review to allow time to try to put this right, but they clearly have no concept of user service therefore I am forced to write this bad review and only rate it 1 star because I can’t send the review without a rating. Don’t touch this app.

### 1/5 — Activation code fails

*2018-08-03, version 1.0*

Non starter. Repeatedly fails to generate activation code.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not working. Keeps crashing

*2025-07-14, version 1.5.3*

Perhaps this was once useful but it currently keeps crashing, won’t let you add data and is effectively of no use to to this. Please fix. Ty

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2025-03-08, version 1.5.3*

I had my Hb1 blood test on Monday 3rd and results are still no showing on Saturday 8th. The whole purpose of this app in my opinion is that you get access to your results but for the last tests I have had to phone my consultant to get them. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

### 1/5 — Discriminatory

*2024-08-11, version 1.5.3*

Downloaded the app to find out it’s exclusively for people leaving in Scotland. No alternative offered!
A pity 👎

### 1/5 — Updated readings.

*2024-05-25, version 1.5.3*

new data seems to take too long to appear. Some never actually appear. Versions of graphs are incomplete.

### 1/5 — Not worth the effort.

*2023-08-07, version 1.4.11*

I have recently moved to Scotland, I was used to being able to my results via the NHS app anyway.
I am Type 1 and check my blood glucose several times a day and use a Bluetooth meter that automatically records results to my phone. Having to do this manually with this app is a backwards step.

### 1/5 — Impossible login

*2022-07-27, version 1.4.11*

It’s the most important app for my diabetes lifestyle.
I used this app in my old hometown, however this app is flaming useless for my Scot.gov with NHS Shetland! I cannot access this app to work on my most recent changes in my diabetes health!
It’s one app that should be easy to use but it’s still useless from day one of registration!

### 1/5 — Not working properly

*2022-07-19, version 1.4.11*

Still failing to update my test results

### 1/5 — Not available

*2022-01-02, version 1.4.11*

Unless you live in Scotland or Somerset! Honestly!

### 1/5 — Great but only if you live in Somerset of Scotland

*2021-07-30, version 1.4.11*

This app would be extremely useful for everyone, following my experience with the website.

The only issue is you can only use if you live in Somerset or Scotland.

It would be great if the developer could roll this out to more regions at the very least or ideally nationally.

### 1/5 — can’t get app

*2021-01-27, version 1.3.1*

i downloaded the app as advertised by my diabetes nurse to track how my diabetes is going and the log all my results but because i live in great yarmouth it won’t let me only those who live in scotland and somerset

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A very handy App

*2023-08-11, version 1.4.11*

I use the NHS Scotland version. It’s great for finding out my blood test results ( which get added within about 3 days ) and I don’t have to disturb my GP’s practice.
I also use the Ap to log my pinprick tests, weight and home blood pressure measurements, which is beneficial during my review meetings.
The wee courses that can be done online are informative, to the point and worth trying out.
In summary; Very simple to use. Easy to understand and always works for me.

### 5/5 — Great app.

*2023-06-13, version 1.4.11*

This is a great service and certainly help keep a closer eye on your results. It’s so easy to use and keep a record for clinic visits.

### 5/5 — Me Taylor

*2022-02-17, version 1.4.11*

I am looking forward to using this
App. I have just newly signed in. Thank you

### 5/5 — Keeps me motivated

*2021-05-27, version 1.3.1*

This is a great app even better now since you can add your own readings, this keeps me motivated and conscious of my diet

### 5/5 — Diabeater

*2019-11-27, version 1.1.0*

Nice app! Info clearly presented, helps me manage my diabetes. Registration can be a bit fiddly, but emailed support and got it working / understand some of this is due to NHS data protection rules

### 5/5 — See you diabetic medical reports online

*2019-11-24, version 1.1.0*

I am a type 2 diabetic living in Somerset in the uk and this app is invaluable to me.

Not only does it give you copies of your medical test results and compare them their comments as to what is normal but you can also see your prescriptions.

To me this is a preview of what we should all have for our NHS records m.

I highly recommend it for diabetes sufferers if it is available in your area

### 5/5 — An invaluable App for those suffering from Diabetes

*2019-11-22, version 1.1.0*

I installed this App when diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in May 2019. It is such a privilege to have access to my doctor's diabetes record and test results. I am able to add my own data, such as weight and waist measurement, track my progress and set goals. There is helpful advice on health screening. I enter details of courses and meetings which I've attended to keep my own record. There is also a useful record of personal data. I would recommend this App to anybody suffering with diabetes.

### 4/5 — One to keep

*2024-03-10, version 1.5.3*

It’s a nice platform with potential to reach out to he diabetic communities.

Needs more Content

### 4/5 — Useful information all in one place

*2020-11-10, version 1.3.1*

So good to have up to date readings and history of the condition. Just wish it was fully populated (eye screening missing). I also wish the medical practice would update it with results when received.

### 3/5 — Results not always there

*2021-05-04, version 1.3.1*

Been finding that results not appearing
