I do see minor glitches like some mis-spelled words in the menu items but otherwise the content is surprisingly high quality, frankly so much useful ino for a free app!! Personally I really liked that it doesn't force you to eat what's on the menu which is usually restrictive but it let's you to switch until you see something you fancy and still keep the diet!
