Instead of contacting customer care for resetting the dish on 2 nd November 2025, no one has turned up till now. Decided to opt for local cable connection. Will recommend others not to opt for DishTV services. 100 of reminders received before expiry of recharge amount but nobody cares for services. User should not be made to keep scrolling and search for the selected channels. Also while confirming the channels and clicking add to proceed button it's not working. No error msgs shown. After 5 to 6 attempts it worked. Pls check that.
