I’ve only been using for a couple of weeks and I’m already seeing improvement in my game. This sport is very addictive and if you have the desire like me to take things to the next level, I think this is a fantastic addition to anything you may already be doing. It’s very reasonably priced too considering what you’re getting in return and learning from pro players. Having a place to log your pickleball journey by film is really cool too. It took me more than 24 hours to be evaluated, you can only upload 1 video and the evaluation is extremely superficial with no feedback or any sort of communication. The only reason this app exists is TO ripoff people who needs to get the stupid DUPR ### 1/5 — Inadequate evaluation *2026-05-22, version 1.18.0* I was evaluated for a total of half an hour while playing with sub 3.0 players. I was adjusting my game in order to give them a chance to play. I would not recommend anyone use this product if they want real feedback to improve their game. Canceling this nearly $100 wasted experience. Lesson learned ### 1/5 — Zero stars if possible *2025-06-11, version 1.18.0* Don’t waste your $50. I have experienced zero communication from these people. Wish I could get my money back, but of course, support won’t respond to any questions, so why would they respond to refund request. I uploaded a video per their instruction. Video was accepted. 4 days later, I get a system note video was not accepted. I upload another video. System said successful. Again it’s been 4 days and nothing. No response from support. Ripoff! ### 1/5 — Hard to upload video *2025-06-06, version 1.18.0* Only a small video can be uploaded and have to keep screen on otherwise upload failed. After a few minutes uploads only less than a minute video, coach said too short to give feedback. Totally a scam of the app. Not able to use ### 1/5 — Rediculous *2025-03-24, version 1.16.0* DUPR Coach is a waste of time. Completely arbitrary. I have an established DUPR from actual game scores and it is a full half point lower than my coach rated me. No feedback offered. Just a score. ### 1/5 — You get what you pay for with this app. *2024-02-14, version 1.0.9* You can only submit one short video at a time. This just doesn’t encompass nearly enough footage to include much of your game. I learned more viewing my own videos (something I suggest everyone should do) than any feedback I received from a coach. In addition, I am finding it almost impossible to cancel this subscription. There is no direct way that I can find on the app to do this. I have sent several requests to cancel thru the video process and was even told that I would get cancelled, yet next month, I still was charged. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau. ### 1/5 — Two minute clips is not enough *2023-09-16, version 1.0.6* I wanted to give this app a try and have been disappointed in the feedback received. The limit on two minute clips make it very difficult to get a big enough sample to get ratings. My first two minute clip only gave me a rating in one area. Further, a numerical rating without any commentary is not helpful.
