I have written an email to the support team but have not received any response back. Please help me. ### 4/5 — Usually 5 stars, but *2023-11-15* 2 weeks ago, an update force logged me out of the app. I can log back in, but now when I accept the new terms I get a spinning wheel and it never brings me to my store page. Mark with a star or button ### 2/5 — Cannot navigate directly with the app *2020-07-31* It is not possible to open the shipping address directly on the map AND navigate to it. It just shows the address on the map.. please fix this. :) ### 3/5 — Needs more updates ... please *2020-06-06* Key problem is the poor notification, meaning Merchants are missing alerts for new orders. The sound alerts on “my e-shop” (with 6 sound types offered) are all the same default iOS ping. Additionally, the sound alerts needs option in settings to repeat multiple times if user wants that. The Pre-listed Filters on Product page should be configurable to tailor to the needs of the Merchant. AND it is essential to include “extra-order-fields” in filter options (for example it is the only way to handle scheduled date/time Home Deliveries in Ecwid currently). Also a reseller should be able to limit (or not) which menus appear for a Merchant. And shouldn’t the Merchant logo appear? This is an important app for Ecwid resellers and their Merchant. It’s good, as far as it goes. But it doesn’t support the Merchant as much as it could. I look forward to the URGENT updates, and then leaving an updated review. ### 4/5 — Fast sehr gut! *2020-04-20* Die App hat weitreichende Funktionen, die die Betreuung eines Onlineshops vollständig abdeckt. Ob on the go oder im Lager - alles funktioniert bestens. Barcodescanner für Versand und Trackingnummer integriert. Produkte perfekt am Handy anlegen, bearbeiten und aktualisieren. Gerade bei einer Bestandsaufnahme kann man Listen komplett weglassen. Handy in die Hand und so. Durch swipen kann man den Bestand in Millisekunden ändern 👍🏼 1 Punkt Abzug für nur englische Sprache und die Anordnung der Adresse im US Format - das ist beim Kopieren und Kabeln sehr nervig. Ansonsten weiter so!
