Ap crashes as soon as opened. Was okay until recent ap update to fix crashing!!

The app crashes every time I use it meaning I cannot control my heating at all through the app. Super frustrating and there doesn’t seem to be a work around to log on via a website? Would appreciate an urgent fix!
