I reported concerns about a year ago and it seems even worse since then. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste tour time *2023-05-15, version 5.0* I freezes on the first page ### 1/5 — Won’t let me past the “Please select your country of residence” screen *2023-05-14, version 5.0* When launching the app, it starts out at a “Please select your country of residence” screen, which would normally be fine because they need to know where I am to connect me with the appropriate resources, but this is where the app’s functionality ends. It will not allow scrolling to my country of residence (I’m in Canada), nor will it allow me to select any random country in the list (sorry, Afghanistan). The app just locks up at this point and displays a small list of a few countries with names starting with the letter “A”. As this app is likely to be installed and accessed during a time of personal desperation and/or crisis, it does a poor job right out of the gate. Frozen *2026-01-29, version 5.0* I use iOS 26.2 on an iPhone 12 and the app cannot be use at all. The first page that appear is the country selection page but it is frozen. There is no way to select the country and continue to use the application. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Function *2025-12-12, version 5.0* Downloaded the app and upon opening it brings me to “Choose Your Country” but you can’t scroll nor choose. So essentially the app does not function.
