The My Eczema Tracker App is here to help you track your or your child’s eczema weekly. It uses two validated questionnaires that are used in eczema research called the Patient-Oriented Eczema Measure (POEM) and Recap of atopic eczema (RECAP). These questionnaires track eczema symptoms and eczema control. You can also keep your own notes alongside your questionnaires. By completing the questions once a week, you will get a complete picture of how the eczema has been, or you can just fill it in occasionally if you prefer. Results for the last month, 3 months, 6 months or the last year are available to view in the app and you can show these to your doctor or nurse when you see them if you wish. It would be helpful to have the option to fill in multiple questionnaires in one go & edit the dates as appropriate, rather than only being able to fill it for the last week. We track our daughter’s symptoms on paper daily & I would prefer to add multiple weeks worth of results in one go as I don’t always get round to doing it weekly! The charts are a great way to visualise the data.
