Banalissima app che riprende e adatta la pagina web a cui punta il proprio allarme. Senza nessuna funzionalità di sicurezza “moderna”, lenta, molte volte si blocca, quando inserisce l’allarme non si sa chi l’abbia inserito poiché esce solo “Master1”, diciamo che è utile se si viaggia molto, ma non per rendere l’antifurto Smart. ### 1/5 — Non merita nemmeno una stella *2024-10-17, version 2.1* Applicazione totalmente inutile; continua ogni 2x3 a segnalare error 502bad gateway senza possibilità di ripristino se non mediante l’intervento del tecnico installatore. Per niente agevole! Non consigliata ### 1/5 — Scarsa *2024-10-03, version 2.1* L'accesso è lento e le notifiche sono poco intuitive. Ogni volta che attivo e disattivo l'impianto esce "Stato attivazione impianto" e l'orario dell'evento. Ma non so se l'allarme è stato attivato, disattivato, quali zone... Non sembra ci abbiano speso tanto tempo per renderla intuitiva e comprensibile per un utente medio. Ci sono concorrenti che da app consentono di configurare l'intero impianto, sensore per sensore, zona per zona. Qui a malapena riesco a capire se è acceso o spento... rifatela da capo... ### 1/5 — Sert à rien *2024-08-06, version 2.1* La pire application que j ai pu utiliser de ma vie ### 4/5 — Finalmente attivate le notifiche *2024-05-23, version 2.1* Modifico la mia valutazione da 1 a 4 stelle perché oggi, dopo oltre 3 anni, il tecnico intervenuto per altro problema ha finalmente potuto attivare le notifiche. Resta da comprendere perché quando intervenne nel 2021 per mettere in funzione l’IT500WEB non le attivò e dopo mia chiamata mi disse che l’unica soluzione sarebbe stata di aggiungere un modulo GSM. Probabilmente c’è stata un’incomprensione tra noi. Pazienza, ora l’app svolge il suo compito e mi avvisa in tempo reale se avviene un’effrazione, cosa fondamentale per l’applicazione di un antifurto. Le altre funzioni, gestione dei vari ingressi e settori etc., erano già efficienti ed intuitive, ma la mancanza delle notifiche rendeva il sistema quasi inutile. Ora ci siamo. ### 4/5 — Scadente *2024-05-03, version 2.1* Buongiorno è ormai un anno e mezzo che ho installato l’allarme e purtroppo l’applicazione è pressoché inutile. Inoltre spesso come negli ultimi tre giorni riscontro problemi come 502 Bad gateway. E non funziona.
