Of late, our members can download the app, but are unable to create an account and access information from our lodge. I have tried multiple times to contact the developers for assistance, but have never received a response of any sort. FRUSTRATING! ### 2/5 — Problems *2025-07-01* Unable to work backside of app to update content. Administrators locked out for over three weeks. Most of the lodges I have looked up have not paid the developer the $49 a month fee, so there is zero info for those lodges. I have sent multiple emails to tech support and to the sales rep over the past week. I have not received any word back on why the issue is happening and if and when there is an est time of repair. ### 1/5 — Updated Review *2025-01-19* With the latest update, the images now load much better. The app is smoother. Wish when a push notification is opened from my notifications center that it would show the associated image and mark the message as read in my inbox. Definitely a quirk with the system. The new Ads could be better placed. Kind of mess up the flow of certain lodge pages. Have deleted and reinstalled many times. MyElks is much better than the Eagles FOE app. I follow several lodges in my district. Up to the individual lodge to update information. I also have a wealth of information and resources from my state and National Elks sites. The info is easy to find and the app keeps me more connected to the Elks than ever before! When I travel I love how easy it is to use the app to find a lodge in the area to visit. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — MyElks Review *2022-10-03, version 3.7.6* It started in April with Oregon, Seattle 92, & Ballard 827. Fastest thing Elks have ever approved! Not all lodges are on board yet. Able to follow my lodge, Seattle 92, & other lodges events including Grand Lodge, WA Elks. Beware of some notifications because if the lodge fails to identify themselves you might get confused & think there is an event. Push notifications keeps one up to date with what’s going on better than other social media. ### 4/5 — Calendar *2023-11-08* Since the update the My Elks app crashes when I try to put the events in my calendar from the app. Please look into this because it is so handy to be able to quickly add to the calendar. We are paying a monthly fee to post our events on it and our members are having issues getting to it.
