The app opens for less than a second, and then the screen goes blank! Whoever coded this cr@p should be fired!

They didn’t register my payment via internet banking. 
After 4 mails, 2 visits and 3 claims on Emtel App, stil no answer and no ticket number on the app...
When you claim, they don’t exist !!
