## What is My Enclave?

My Enclave is a workplace app for Enclave teams. It brings the people, events, and workplace information staff need into a single, secure app.

ACCESS
Accounts are issued by your employer. Sign in with your work email and password, or with your organization's Microsoft Entra ID account. There is no public sign-up, and all content is scoped to your organization.

COMPANY DIRECTORY
Find colleagues by name, team, or department. Open a profile to see role, primary and secondary teams, reporting line, and work contact details.

EVENTS
Browse upcoming company events, register in a tap, and keep your event pass in the app. Check in on arrival by scanning a QR code, add an event to your calendar, and share the details with a teammate. Event organizers can propose an event, upload a cover image and attachments, and track their roster.

CLUBS AND COMMUNITY
Join internal clubs, follow what they are organizing, and manage your membership.

TIME OFF
Submit a time-off request, follow its status, and review your history. Managers and People Ops see the requests waiting on them and can approve or decline them from the app.

RECOGNITION
Track your e-coin balance and the transactions behind it.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Get push notifications for events, approvals, and company announcements, and read them in the in-app inbox. Choose which categories you want to be notified about.

COMPANY INFORMATION
Look up office addresses, key contacts, and official company information.

Requires a work account issued by your employer.

## Version history (last 1 release)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-01

Events can now include a registration form. Organizers build the questions, you answer them when you register, and organizers can review every response in the app.

Share an event by link or QR code, and it opens straight to that event in My Enclave.

New event history, so you can look back at what you have attended and what your team has hosted.

Plus design and performance refinements across the Events screens.
