My Energy Center is an easy and secure way to manage your gas and electric services, provided by SDG&E or your Community Choice Aggregator (CCA)—San Diego Community Power (SDCP) or Clean Energy Alliance (CEA).

This was great until the facial id stopped working. It's also impossible to change the password. So now because of an app not working I have go through the phone and pay an extra $1.75 to process my transaction.

Not sure what was so important about this update, but when I go to forget password, it says it’s not available. I removed the app from my phone since the app is useless. Change it back to before this update and I will download it again because it worked just before. Stop fixing problems that don’t exist.

Why tf is there an app when it’s not gonna work??? For the past year I have to go to the website to pay my bills. Don’t apologize fix the damn issue. I updated the app, deleted it and then re downloaded, nothing works. My iOS is up to date.
