## What is My Energy Stream?

There are unique music tracks that we recommend listening to at the time of stress, anxiety, insomnia or headache. Get energized with the Universe’s energy and bring peace, healthy sleep and well-being back to your life!
My Energy Stream tracks are high vibration energy that will raise your energy level. To learn the power of energy, you should try the app at times of anxiety, headache, panic attack or insomnia. 
You don't have to make an effort with us that would require climbing a mountain in Tibet or searching for the third eye. All you need is a comfortable position and some headphones.
You may feel minor discomfort during the first stage of listening to the tracks. That means the energy is interacting with the problem parts of the body and the body is being released from negative energies. With regular use of the app, you will experience a noticeable improvement in your condition.
Online and offline tracks with calm music are available in the app. You can also connect to daily streams. In that mode, an even stronger energy stream opens up.
