EnergyUnited has roots that date back to the late 1930s by way of two smaller community-based providers: Crescent EMC and Davidson EMC. These two co-ops would later consolidate, forming the co-op we know and love today. Since then, our co-op has grown significantly—serving over 130,000 metering points across our 19-county service area. Though much has changed, our commitment to delivering reliable energy services at competitive prices and improving the quality of life of our members and communities has remained steadfast. Our co-op works day in, day out to provide service while staying true to our four core values: Safety, Commitment, Integrity and Excellence. Accessing data for the last week or so is easy, but accessing unbilled data further back requires navigating to the full year of data and clicking on the unbilled bar in the bar chart. The data is all there but it’s extremely hard to find and user unfriendly. This works to further obfuscate their new demand charge. Supposedly these new demand regime is to empower the end user, but that does not work if we can’t easily access our usage. ### 5/5 — Informative App *2026-06-11, version 26.3.0* App works great, it is especially helpful to see graphing of usage and outside temp over the course of the day as I am making a very conscious effort to minimize energy usage during “peak” hours. Having the information easily accessible helps me understand my costs better. ### 1/5 — No longer opens on my new iPad with newest IOS *2025-01-14, version 24.4.0* This app has always worked for me until now. It will no longer open on my phone or my new iPad with the newest IOS. I like the app, I can track day to day usage, pay my bill, see my history of payments. Even report issues. Can’t see bill ### 1/5 — Crashing *2022-04-27, version 3.12* App keeps crashing when I try to open ### 1/5 — Energy hub app and website don’t work *2021-10-30, version 3.11.1* The app was fine until about a month ago now it won’t log in anymore so paying is very difficult now. ### 2/5 — Used to work *2021-10-19, version 3.11.1* I’m not a fan of EnergyUnited’s current website or Mobil app. The website used to work fine for logging in and paying my bill, and I was content with that! They roll out the energy hub and now the website is broken. I can log in, but can’t see my bill or even pay it. The website just loops back to the login page after logging in. I sign up with their mandatory energyhub thing to try to use the Mobil app. We’ll that worked until about a month ago when they updated it. Now it just times out after 1-2 minutes of “logging in” giving an error that it can’t log me in. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and rebooting and then redos loading the app, but nothing gives.
