You basically took the app backwards with this so called upgrade. Keeps kicking me out and nobody has an answer for a fix. There are computer gurus who fix these types of problems. Spend a couple bucks and hire someone who knows what they are doing. ### 1/5 — Terribly unreliable *2023-05-14, version 4.0.2* As mentioned by others must reload too often. Horrible app. Frustrating to say the least. Now I can’t even post this feedback. Keeps saying nicknames are taken. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Clunky, buggy software *2026-03-05, version 7.0.3* Not exaggerating, most high school kids could write better software. It is aesthetically horrible, seriously looks like something from the 1990s. Also not obvious to navigate. It does not allow the use of a device’s biometrics, so when you log in you have to manually log in every time. Interestingly, the Erickson sales web site is amazing — slick, interactive, easy to find things. So they know how to do user-friendly software, they just don’t care to spend any money once they have yours. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-02-26, version 5.0.1* Users get logged out with each usage. And when you try to login you must enter username and password manually. Keeps us informed very helpful ### 5/5 — Institutional A+ *2026-03-11, version 7.0.3* I have to take exception with the technical criticism of this app. I have been associated with massive efforts to test and design apps for a diverse residential population. It is really complicated. This Erickson app is designed for a primarily senior population. The lack of bells and whistles supports the aptitude of the users. We are talking senior users with cell phones. The hypothetical high school programmer would never be willing to support an app for this population. I’m a relatively new resident and find the app well designed to answer questions and provide information for the residents here. Now—if you can add a feature —incorporate a GPS feature to help navigate the grounds at Charlestown! ### 5/5 — Handy! *2026-03-03, version 7.0.3* This handy phone and/or computer app has all the info we need, whether it’s who to call for a problem, what’s my friend’s email, what’s on the menu of one of the restaurants today, when is that fitness class, and lots more! ### 4/5 — It’s always a work in progress *2026-05-05, version 7.0.3* It’s not perfect, but it supports the needs of the Erickson senior living community about as well as possible, given the age and diversity of the population, some of whom lack digital age skills. ### 3/5 — Sign In Still BROKEN *2026-03-03, version 7.0.3* I have upgraded and it still makes me sign in every time I try to use the app. We were told that this would fix the sign In problem, but it did not. ### 3/5 — No load button *2026-02-28, version 5.0.1* Very frustrating ### 2/5 — Sad *2026-06-28, version 7.0.3* Sad that I have to continually delete this and reinstall just for daily use. This is an app that is very well used in our community and needs to be top-notch. Thankfully, I did get rid of the endless circle of doom on my iPhone via deleting and reinstalling. As an Erickson resident, I use this app multiple times a day, including to sign up for activities.Usually I like it, but this last week has been VERY frustrating, with MANY MANY issues related to signing in and my spending a lot of time on it EVERY DAY. ### 2/5 — Simple fix needed *2024-06-26, version 5.0.0* Why can’t the residents name be populated automatically for dining reservations?? Seems ridiculous when already logged in yo have to type in name, email and phone number every single time.
