## What is My Everything Tracker?

MyEverythingTracker (METracker) METracker is a private, all-in-one health tracker built for people who want full control over what they log.
No account required. No subscriptions. No ads.
Your data lives on your phone, synced to your iCloud account, and nowhere else.

Built around four independent modules, METracker lets you enable only what you need.

WORKOUTS
Plan and track strength sessions with ease. Build templates for your favorite routines, log sets and reps in real time, and browse a 40+ exercise library. Let AI generate a workout plan for you, then follow your progress with per-exercise graphs over time.

WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS
Go beyond the scale. Log body weight alongside custom measurements like waist, chest, or biceps. Trend charts show your 30-day trajectory, and multi-series graphs let you compare progress across measurements side by side.

HABITS
Build good habits and break bad ones. Track any recurring behavior with heat-map calendars, streak counters, and day-by-day logging. Perfect for reading streaks, meditation, cutting back on alcohol, or anything else you want to stay consistent with.

PEPTIDES
Log doses, set reminders notifications, calculate reconstitution amounts, and organize your protocol into stacks. Everything you need to manage and track your peptide regimen in one place.

METracker is completely free. No in-app purchases, no ads, no account. Just a clean, private tracker.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-01

Data Backup
Export all your data to a JSON file and share it anywhere. Import a backup at any time — choose to replace everything
or merge with what you already have. Find both in Settings → Data.

  Peptide Stack Improvements
Stack logging now lets you enter how many units (or mL) you drew. The app automatically calculates and records the
actual mcg of each peptide based on the amount you logged — not just the fixed stack definition. Set the full-dose
reference volume per stack in the stack editor, and the preview updates live as you adjust the amount.

  Peptide Dose History
Tap any entry in a peptide's dose history to edit the date, amount, or notes. Useful for logging doses you forgot to
record. You can also log for a past date when creating a new entry by picking the date before saving.

  Volume Units
Stack volumes can be displayed and entered in units (default) or millilitres. Switch between them in Settings →
Peptides. 1 unit = 0.01 mL, matching standard insulin syringe markings.

  Smarter Defaults
Log sheets now remember your last used value. When you open a peptide dose sheet or a stack log sheet, it starts from
where you left off instead of resetting to zero.

  Bug Fixes
  - Fixed an issue where iCloud sync could create duplicate exercises and peptides after restoring a device or signing
  into a new one
