Does not submit even without photos, just gets stuck and freezes. No updates available that might fix the bugs. When trying to input my phone number (which is required), the app instantly crashes. I tried many times unsuccessfully. 4-29-2019: Update, the still crashes after over a year since I posted this feedback. Once again, I tried in putting an abandoned vehicle in our neighborhood and one in putting my phone number and (required field) the app crashes. Isn’t anybody watching their feedback in the city of Fairfield? ### 2/5 — Cannot upload photos *2022-06-16, version 4.2* For some reason the app cannot upload photos or videos, which are such an integral part of the process. I’m giving it one more try, after deleting it, to see if it works better. If not, goodbye! ### 3/5 — Issues: Try This *2022-05-19, version 4.2* I got in contact with a communications manager employed by Fairfield. Instructions provided and that were successful: “For iOS users, log out of the app and log back in. If this feature is not accessible, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.” ——— 3 stars, when it works. Great. Thanks! ### 5/5 — Easily report issues *2023-09-03* The app works great! Reported a water leak and was able to submit an image. Staff was very responsive in fixing the issue.
