## What is My Family World?

Make family life easier with one calm place to plan it. My Family World brings your family's meals, your children's play and development, and your own plans into one calendar, with care information for you from pregnancy through the first year. Share it with the people you love, so everyone works from the same plan. The aim is simple: less to organize, and more room for you and your family.

Every section is led by an adult. Use the app in English, Spanish or Arabic.

SUBSCRIPTION
A monthly or annual subscription is required after setup. Choose Monthly or Annual; Apple shows the price and period for your country before you confirm, and the plan renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

PLAN TOGETHER
One family calendar for meals, play and everyday plans, for each child and the grown ups. See the day, week or month; mark plans done and plan the week. Choose ideas from the app or write your own, keep the week's shopping in one list, and share selected plans with adults you invite through optional family sharing. Optional reminders help you keep track.

LITTLE MEALS
Age based meal ideas and recipes, with child serving guidance for different stages and dishes from the Middle East, the Mediterranean, India, France and the Netherlands. Spoon feeding and baby-led weaning are both explained. Recipes show allergen information and Safe prep notes where a dish needs them. An optional allergen diary holds notes entered by a parent or caregiver; it does not interpret them medically. Allergen filters are a guide, not a medical check.

PARENT TABLE
A meal planner for the grown ups: lunch and dinner ideas with searchable recipes, shopping lists and preferences. Lebanese, Italian, French, Indian, Japanese and American dishes; raw or undercooked dishes are labeled and can be hidden. Adult recipes, not adapted for babies or young children.

PLAY AND READING
Short parent led play ideas for your child's age with a Stay safe line, book ideas for reading together (covers load online), and real animals to explore together.

MOTHER CARE FOR YOU
General information from pregnancy through postpartum and the first year after birth, by stage, topic and symptom, with urgent warning signs easy to find and named sources that open only when you choose. Mother Care does not assess symptoms, calculate risk, diagnose, personalize treatment or replace your own clinician. Setup saves one local Mother Care preference; browsing Mother Care saves nothing.

FAMILY DASHBOARD
Profiles, cooking history, favorites, settings, backup and restore, and optional reminders at times you choose.

PRIVACY YOU CAN UNDERSTAND
No advertising, no tracking and no third party analytics. You can plan without an account, and plans you keep private stay on your phone. Sharing is optional: it uses a sharing account, and what you choose to share is stored online so the people you invite can see it. You can stop sharing or delete your sharing account in the app. Book covers load online from Open Library and carry no family data.

SOURCES YOU CAN CHECK
Named sources include CDC, AAP and NHS. My Family World creates the recipes, activities and book selections. The cited organizations and individuals have not reviewed, approved or endorsed My Family World. My Family World has no external clinical approval, external health professional review, external Arabic clinical review or external legal opinion. This is general information, not individual medical, nutritional or developmental advice.

Little Meals: more family dishes for toddlers, with the same safety guidance, in English, Spanish and Arabic.
Small fixes and polish.

### 2.0 — 2026-10-13

Version 2.0 is made for planning together.
Improved sharing with the people you choose.
Easier viewing of the family calendar.
Clearer menus for the kids and the grown ups, and improvements across the app.

### 1.7 — 2026-10-04

Version 1.7 brings a new Home that explains what you can find in My Family World and how to bring the ideas you choose into your family calendar. The sections share a more consistent style, with clearer headings and spacing. The Week view is easier to scan, you can mark a plan done and undo it, and Copy to another day reuses a saved plan on a new date. Share My Family World is at the end of Home.

### 1.6.1 — 2026-09-28

Version 1.6.1 fixes and refinements.
Allergy and food settings in Little Meals and Parent Table now always save on top of your latest choices, and Little Meals settings stay with the child whose screen you changed. If Parent Table cannot read your saved allergy settings, it asks you to check them before showing recipes. The optional pork and alcohol ingredient filter in Parent Table now also hides recipes that use wine vinegar unless the exact product is verified to contain no alcohol. Search in Parent Table and Little Meals no longer counts a removed ingredient or a warning as an ingredient match. Encrypted backups are checked before they are saved, so they can be restored. Books no longer shows empty cover boxes. Little Meals now uses one name everywhere. Arabic wording fixes in Mother Care, Development and Parent Table, and Spanish wording fixes in Mother Care sources. Your subscription and saved family data stay the same.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-21

Version 1.6 adds Spanish alongside English and Arabic, and a Family calendar for planning meals, play, notes and shopping for the day and the week ahead. Calendar plans stay on your device, and you share them only when you choose. Little Meals now shows a nutrition estimate for one child serving, lists the day's meals first and adds Today at a glance. Most books now show a cover picture, loaded online, and Home and first setup are shorter. Your subscription and saved family data stay the same.
