Il semblerait que l’application ne gère pas du tout ce cas d’utilisation et spécule dans les messages… (nous avons challenges les différentes possibilités et les meme messages ressortent toujours) Il sembleraient que cela soit un bug car peu importe nos choix, mème contradictoires, nous arrivons à la meme conclusion ### 3/5 — A quand la mise à jour corrective et les voix en français attendue depuis 3 mois ? *2023-05-16, version 1.4* Tout est dit… ### 2/5 — Toujours en attente d’une MAJ FR *2023-04-15, version 1.4* Ça fait plus de 4 mois que j’ai le jeu et au vu de tous les retours sur les bugs rencontrés et l’absence de voix française, je n’ai toujours pas fait une seule partie, par peur de me gâcher l’expérience… Il serait temps que la MAJ corrective arrive avec les voix françaises car plus ça va et plus je vois des tests du jeu sur YouTube qui mettent en avant les bugs. C’est pas sérieux pour un jeu avec application obligatoire de plus de 100€ !!! Et je ne parle même pas des frais de réservation supplémentaires qu’ont payé les particuliers !!! ### 3/5 — Bugs d’appli *2023-03-12, version 1.4* Dans le scénario LE FARDEAU DE LA MALADIE la partie avec les lettres n’est pas bonne. Nous sommes 4, nous avons chacun une lettre numéro X donné par l’appli, au moment de faire l’action personne n’a la bonne lettre, pire un joueur en a 2 et moi aucune. Du coup on ne sait pas si les informations sont bonnes ou s’il faut ignorer le nom indiqué le message. Dans un cas un jouer avait 2 choix mais impossible de savoir lequel était quoi, il était juste indiqué « cliquer ici » ### 3/5 — Pas de narration en français *2023-03-12, version 1.4* Comme mentionné dans mon titre, l app en francais de contient pas de narration, en tk pour moi, j’entends que le BGS. Alors je dois lire pour mon groupe. C moin intéressant ### 1/5 — Écran noir *2023-01-05, version 1.4* iPad a jour mais écran noir et plantage de l appli... c’est dommage que la partie numérique vient entacher une copie physique parfaite ### 2/5 — Jeux à 100€ et pas de piste audio en Français *2022-12-30, version 1.4* Alors de cas de figure - la piste audio Française n’est même pas prévue, ce qui serait très décevant pour un jeux de ce calibre et à ce prix (c’est tellement mieux avec Forgotten Waters) - le jeux est déjà vendu alors que l’application pas finalisée, ça devient une mode de beaucoup d’éditeurs (merci 2 tomatos pour le carnage de Galzyr) Dans les 2 cas ça reste au mieux une déception au pire encore un abus. ### 1/5 — Pas de français *2022-12-27, version 1.3* J’ai acheté le jeu en français en précommande sur Kickstarter mais il est injouable vu que l’application est strictement nécessaire pour y jouer et que celle ci ne possède (peut être pas encore) le français. Alors oui il suffirait que toute ma famille apprenne l’anglais (c’est en cours pour la plupart) mais ceci dit quand j’achète un jeu en français c’est bien pour pouvoir y jouer en français :) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t save. Narration mostly doesn’t work. *2022-12-26, version 1.3* The game is designed to save between generations, but the app doesn’t. Which means you can only play one game at a time. The wrong developer was chosen for the job. ### 1/5 — Terrible App, Amazing Game *2022-10-01, version 1.2* Love this game but the app is terrible ### 2/5 — A Time of War Unplayable *2022-09-29, version 1.2* I played through the A Time of War scenario and got stuck where there were no buttons to click forward. We restarted the app game and tried to proceed but of course some of the prompts changed and it ended up being weird with our current token allotment and app play. Tried playing through today on a different device, same scenario and got stuck in the same place but different prompt (Gen 1, end of first round). ### 1/5 — Unreliable app and poor narration. *2022-09-04, version 1.1* The app is inconsistent in crashing or looping events. Also the heavy reliance on it makes the game pace rather clunky. I’m likely to get rid of the game simply because if I have to rely on an app for this game that realistically can’t be maintained forever, then that turns the game into a gigantic paperweight. I should have paid more attention during the Kickstarter. App driven games that can’t be played without one are a lm absolutely awful idea. The whole point of tabletop games is to disconnect and this ruins the experience merging the two together. Hopefully the developers will see how this has played out and will come out with an add on or supplement to the game to remove the app requirement. I’d be fine paying for another book or content to play the game without an app. ### 3/5 — Awesome game, app is pretty eh. *2022-08-26, version 1.1* Awesome worker placement game with a frightfully spooky theme, but it is very reliant on the app. As many have said, there’s a lot of reading. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but it tends to ruin the pace of gameplay. More narration would be cool. The feminine narration is also very bad. We’ve played the first scenario twice with no issues progressing. However, in the second scenario, Fear of the Unknown, the game had a bug that caused the early years of generation three to repeat, but with different story beats. I’m not sure how impactful it was on the game as we just ignored the second early years section to pop up, but it was cause for a lot of confusion while we figured out what happened. Awesome game. Mediocre app with story ruining bug and poor narration. Help Please ### 1/5 — Fuyez les jeux de société dépendant d’une app ! *2023-05-15, version 1.4* Jeu acheté 100€ à noel dernier, impossible de finir une partie à cause des bugs de l’application qui n’ont toujours pas été corrigés depuis la sortie (cela fait bientôt cinq mois) et dont les voix n’ont toujours pas été traduites. Origames a clairement très mal géré l’édition en français de ce jeu. Je me tournerai dorénavant vers d’autres éditeurs et surtout je banni tout jeu de société dépendant d’une appli. Pour ceux qui n’ont pas trouvé la version française, elle est dans le menu de configuration. ### 5/5 — Great game, app works fine with up to date iPad *2022-10-05, version 1.2* Game is a blast, with tons of theme, and the app works fine as long as you have an up to date iPad. I mean to be forced to be running iOS 12 (which is what the complaints all seem to be about) means you are on an iPad released nearly 10 years ago. Then not being able to see the ending in the ending list is a bummer. Kind killed the end of what was a great experience. Also some of the action buttons hit area is to close together. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the app downloaded well enough and runs fine but I feel like there is a narrator missing? I get the option to choose a voice (masculine or feminine) but never have any sound? I’ve turned all the settings up to max and phone volume up but still nothing. Unfortunately, it is a long game and the worst thing that could happen is for the app to go on the fritz after over 3 hours of play. Plays really nicely with the board game. Two things making it 4 instead of 5: 1. Narration is too fast with no way to slow it down. More narration or the ability to turn it off would be nice as well. 2. Some of the touch areas are too small. Apples recommend touch size is 44px please make sure all your text inputs, links, and buttons meet that size. There are a few cases where we had to tap a few times to hit the target.
