Somatic education is not an easy thing to access in the world that loves quick fixes and visual queuing. But often we need to calm our sense of vision and allow our bodies to down regulate.  I know this for sure when I deal with people with a lot of pain. This app will be awesome to pass on to my patients and I look forward to the lessons as they come in. Thank you so much!
