What is going on between the MY FIAT app and the FIAT app? I have been waiting to receive a survey so I could comment on the Sales Consultant who assisted us but did not receive one. I am writing this to commend Efren Flores who took care of us during the process and made the experience great. I would rate Mr Flores as a 5 star consultant, and a 10 plus on any survey. He explained what the car offered and showed us the things we didn’t understand and was very patient with us. Please know that because of him we would recommend your business, and shop there again. I take it to my Dealer in Lexington, SC for Service. Never had any problem with it! I had been looking at the 500X for awhile, to use when my daughters, and their children are visiting, a safe #Family car! I finally decided to make it a Birthday present, to myself! I absolutely love my beautiful 500X metallic green! It is not only a handsome car, inside, but outside as well! Constant sign outs and doesn’t consistently seem to recognize my password (even after resetting).
