Constant sign outs and doesn’t consistently seem to recognize my password (even after resetting). If this had some of the stability or sign in issues sorted out, it would be a fantastic app, but at the moment it’s too frustrating to regularly use on my device (iPhone 8). ### 4/5 — Tire deal *2020-10-13, version 2.0.14* Think you meant buy three, get one. It did not recognize me as the new owner and gave a customer service number to call. I was hoping that this app would have the owner’s manual built into it, but sadly it doesn’t, it will instead lead you to a website that will seek it to you for a price. At least you get easy access to any recall notices for your vehicle. Perhaps your experience with this App is better than mine, I deleted it after messing around with it for a day. ### 4/5 — Love it every time *2018-08-31, version 1.9.0* Every time I look at my car, I am reminded of how much I love it. Right now the only thing I would change is the arm rests between the front seats. I’d remove them completely, and install a functional non-intrusive center console. Hate the app. *2019-05-31, version 1.9.2* It’s been impossible to get both my cars (2012 and 2017) linked to this app without calling FCA on the phone. It’s also been impossible to change the password and log in. Not sure there is much value when I do, once I’ve watched the videos and read the content, which exists elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Can’t register *2018-10-26, version 1.9.0* I’ve tried multiple times to register. Am told an email has been sent to me for the next step. It never comes. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-08-29, version 1.9.0* Might as well just read the manual shoved in your glove box under a mess of papers and napkins. In my opinion, the app is a waste of time to download, it said there wasn’t a match for my VIN and there’s nothing much to the app. I can appreciate the safety feature where you can set up appointments and get roadside assistance but other than that it’s using up memory space on your phone. ### 1/5 — Can’t Delete Photos! *2018-07-21, version 1.8.0* Deleted photos several times but they keep showing up. The response from developers for each complaint is the boiler plate. It doesn’t give you live status on battery charging. Worthless. Come on, this is 2017, not 2007. ### 1/5 — Scam *2017-08-28, version 1.3.2* The description says 2011 fiat brand, and so after i downloaded the App AND registered i found that it's only for fiat 500 starting from 2012, i have an EVO 2011 Why scamming!!!??? ### 1/5 — Won't work *2017-06-15, version 1.1.2* Has limited information, and won't let me enter maintenance records in the app. ### 1/5 — App does not function *2017-05-22, version 1.1* I just bought a new Fiat, and was told that once I logged into the Mopar system and got a password I'd be able to do all manner of functions in my Fiat app. Surprise, when I did all that the only thing that came up in the Fiat up was my 2016 jeep Cherokee. No record of any Fiat in there, nothing but Chrysler Jeep info (like owners manuals warranty information etc.), and worst of all there's no way to add the Fiat or any other vehicle to my app. So the only info I have in my Fiat app is a Jeep. I have been waiting to receive a survey so I could comment on the Sales Consultant who assisted us but did not receive one. I am writing this to commend Efren Flores who took care of us during the process and made the experience great. I would rate Mr Flores as a 5 star consultant, and a 10 plus on any survey. He explained what the car offered and showed us the things we didn’t understand and was very patient with us. Please know that because of him we would recommend your business, and shop there again. I take it to my Dealer in Lexington, SC for Service. Never had any problem with it! I had been looking at the 500X for awhile, to use when my daughters, and their children are visiting, a safe #Family car! I finally decided to make it a Birthday present, to myself! I absolutely love my beautiful 500X metallic green! It is not only a handsome car, inside, but outside as well!
