This is so stupid , fedelis is frustrating once they enroll you you get no help, I can’t even find a app that works for my state New York what good is a issurence tha has 0 support for members and the worste reps that tell you virtually nothing about your service or benefits. I can’t even find even get them in the phone I’m definitely switching emblem was way better

I received my physical card for Essential Plan I, I entered membership number from the Fidelis insurance card, but the system kept giving error message invalid card. I tried to register with and without the dash and 2 zeros at the end. Just doesn’t work!! This app is trash!!! Can’t use at all:(((

My daughter spent hours trying to log in and changed her password several times before we realized it’s Jersey only! You’d think this would be mention during install or on one of the first screens of the login/sign up process but no! Please make it more obvious!

The app doesn’t work. 90% of the things you click on just say “cant connect to server”, just like on the old WellCare app. Awful.

I don’t understand how a health insurance company has an app only for one state. I thought maybe it was based in New Jersey but I would be able to select my state once I enter my info… but nope you can not select any other state but jersey. I found this to be weird for a health insurance app. If they change and allow other states like insurances should I may download it again but for now it’s useless to me!

I am so frustrated that I spent so much time linking my ID card to this app; just to be told nothing could be found on every button I clicked within the app. Do not bother downloading.
