It even users GPS to locate addresses on initial calls. Fix the freezing issue and I can give the highest rating. ### 3/5 — Crash issues; Hopeful for a new fix *2019-09-01, version 2.3.4* I loved this app. I could keep tract of videos which is a huge part of the foreign language ministry for us. The ability to send the monthly total to the group overseer is a very nice feature. Would love a spot for LDC hours. Now it keeps crashing on me. I’ll try to input data and the app closes on me. I hope an update will change it. I still use paper and pencil. Glad I do, otherwise I would have lost a lot of info. This app has great potential and I will use as a secondary method. If it stops shutting down on me I will gladly change to 4/5 star. Add LDC hour section and I’ll give you a 10 :) ### 3/5 — Review *2019-01-17, version 2.3.4* I love this app for so many reasons. Very functional! However, The letter writing option and presentations options are not functional. :( ### 2/5 — My app doesn’t work right *2018-09-29, version 2.3.4* I Love LOVE LOOOVVVEEEE this app. My only problem is that no matter what I do it won’t stay set to full time pioneer hours. I was continuous auxiliary last year and started reg this year so I went to change the settings and it won’t change. It reverts to auxiliary no matter what I do. And the sending feedback option doesn’t work. I thought maybe if I put my problem here I might get a response. This app for the ministry was my absolute favorite and my go to for all ministry related items. The ability to draw out the territory maps was absolutely genius. Sadly after the last update I was no longer able to open the app. Because of this I lost all of the data and hard work I put into the NHs and territory map and lost all of my calls. I've been a staunch supporter of going paperless for decades, however, this app made me realize we are not quite there yet. Was definitely a five star until the last update. If the app crash issue gets fixed I'll happily update to 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Nice job *2018-01-09, version 2.3.4* A lot of hard work obviously went into making this. It is a little challenging for me to use although I have worked with it for about a year. I have noticed a few things that I thought might be nice for the next update: 1. The ability to edit presentations without having to create a new one; 2. The ability to see the weekday when entering time; 3. When entering placement info, I found the icons alone to be confusing (I was using a smaller multitasking window so maybe this was the problem?). But I have found it impossible to record bible study details, the app crashes. ### 2/5 — Such high hopes! *2017-08-05, version 2.3.3* When I saw that your app had iCloud back up, I was very excited to try it. So I begin entering my information and those of my returns. When I went back to edit the address of a return visit and add a phone number The app crashed when I clicked on the save. So I open the app up again, thinking it was just a fluke, and tried it again. The app crashed again! I also tried reviewing my time over a year (yes the info is there) the app crashed. I need a dependable app, and I have one, it's just not as pretty as yours. ### 4/5 — Love it, but...... *2017-07-27, version 2.3.3* I have found this app quite easy to use, once I got to exploring. I do love it! However, I have been having trouble with it crashing whenever I try to edit a call. I tried to add an address and when I would click on save, it would crash. I hope this will be fixed soon. EVERYTHING is gone. I didn’t do anything to the app, I just came into it and there is nothing there. Please help me retrieve it back. Now the App is kicking me out when I tap on something within it. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2017-12-02, version 2.3.4* Last update resulted in the app not even launching any more. Lost all of my info. Tried to delete and then reload app; still not working. Data in the iCloud is useless with no app to retrieve it. November report was lost and had to guesstimate the info. This is the third time I have had issues with the app crashing and now it won’t even launch. But I'm having a problem when it comes to editing the notes for my return visits. It doesn't let me add anything to it because once I go to save the new information it force closes on me. ### 5/5 — I like this app *2016-11-27, version 2.3.3* I actually really like this app. There are some improvements that can be made ( I'm sure the developer is already working on). I absolutely love having the ability to map my territories and highlight the maps. I also love the not at home feature to enter multiple houses at one time. Can you add a calendar? I would love to be able to have a calendar added so we can see what days we have gone in the ministry, or to add a schedule if we have made plans to work with multiple brothers and sisters later in the week/month. I just started using this app so I'm not too sure if this feature is already available, but it would be nice if we could enter a not at home by using GPS. Something like a one click button to add the house where you are standing. I have very poor vision so I have to hold my phone very close to my face in order to make sure that I am entering the correct numbers and street names. Having an "press to add not at home with GPS" will be an added bonus. I have no idea of how to develop apps so I'm just throwing out ideas hahaha lol. I have noticed that the app crashes often when trying to make a change to a return visit or to delete a return visit. I’m using this all the time although you will need to learn how to use it because: letter writing doesn’t work same as the offers for the month. The app freezes when I do notes on the return visits pages when not logged as a sort by distance. Also the complain email in the app freezes. Can not send any review. And phone freezes after.
