ヘッドホンのSerial numberを登録しようとすると、
「ログインが必要です」と出ます。
しかしログインすると、即「404」ページ存在無しのエラーが出てSerial numberの登録画面がログイン状態では開けません。
アプリ上だけでなく、他のブラウザ(もちろん非プライベート)で試しても同様でしたが、何よりの問題はそれを報告する方法が無いことだと思います。
チャットに自由記入欄はなく、修理サポートのリンクも押すとエラーで開きません。
通信状況やデバイスも複数試しましたが同様でした。

と、上記の通り報告の方法が無いので、こちらに記述します。アプリのご担当の方とは違うかもしれませんが、ご対応よろしくお願いいたします。

VR3000 for Gamingのシリアルナンバー登録ができません。右下のボタンからQRを読み込むも、ログインしてから登録しろと表示されます。そのままログイン操作を行いますが、もう一度右下のボタンから登録しようとしてもアプリ上でログインが維持されず、何度もログインするよう要求されます。何が原因かよくわからず、アンインストール検討中です。
