I wrote the customer service and they responded quickly with a fix. My kids like the sounds and pictures and seem to be learning from this app quickly. Most importantly, they enjoy it. ### 3/5 — Sound is totally not working with the new iOS 7 version. *2014-05-06* It's really a good app for the kids but need to fix the sound problem. As-salaamu Aalaykum, meaning Peace be upon you. People, especially Americans like me need the dialect spelled out. It's just whole words pronounced very deliberately - sometimes over pronounced so they're slightly wrong. It's a start, but you won't learn much. It would be much better if they showed you animations of the letters being written. Then it would be a true 'abc' lesson. I helped develop software for the pc to teach the Arabic alphabet years ago and surely technology has advanced to be able to come up with something much better than this. I like how it's colorful and how each letter gives a lot of words to learn. BUT needs a fix with audio, poor quality and may confuse beginners. ### 5/5 — My first *2011-11-10* Please our mother language is so dear to us, it is enough that people in the media have no respect to us by claiming the language they broadcast/speak/sing or mumble was arabic!!
