The name of your app in the App Store says: My Fisker, where as the name on the phone shows as Fisker. Besides the app stability, respecting the longevity of user’s logged in session, features, reliable connectivity to the car are all sub optimal and have no use to a common user as the physical key does all of it and rest are just a call/email away. Though all the modes of communication are super slow. Hope to see a much more responsive, highly connected (to the car), feature rich that makes the user life more pleasant. ### 3/5 — 3.8 geht nicht mehr *2024-04-12* Ich hoffe, hier liest jemand von Fisker mit. Ich komme nicht mehr auf mein Auto und soll eine schon lange abgeschlossene Bestellung noch mal abschließen, was natürlich nicht geht. ### 3/5 — Request for Fisker owners *2024-04-10* As an Ocean owner, it would be very helpful if the app offered biometric login. It gets quite annoying if I’m in a public place, and want to take a quick check of my car, only to see that the app has logged me out, and now I have to enter my email and password in a public setting. Biometric is safer, quicker, and I don’t have to worry that someone is looking over my shoulder, or a security camera is recording my login information. ### 2/5 — Limited features *2024-02-10* Very limited features and very slow right now, hoping for big improvement soon🤞🙏 ### 2/5 — LOVE the car NOT the app *2024-01-24* This app is such a basic bare bone app i literally never use it because it adds nothing to the ownership experience. It doesn’t control anything in the car but the locks, California mode, and the trunk. and it takes way too long to connect to the car to perform any of these functions if it connects at all. the customer support chat is terrible. There needs to be a way to talk to someone to address concerns. I want an app that would control features of my car remotely like turning on the heated seats and steering wheel before I have to go out to the car to drive. Also my phone with the app should be able to function as a key for the car so I don’t necessarily have to bring the key fob with me every time I drive it. The car knows my phone is connected so then I wouldn’t get the annoying messages stating no key is detected when the key is in the cup holder of the car. I LOVE THE CAR AND THE COMPANY AND REALLY WANT IT TO SUCCEED BUT YOUVE GOT TO GET SOME OF THIS STUFF RIGHT. I have several other suggestions that would have huge impact on customer experience just not sure where to go to give feedback. ### 4/5 — Good App but needs some work *2024-01-03* Good App. Have noticed that the App gives inaccurate reading of SoC (i.e at 80% SOC shows range of 200 miles). This is inaccurate. Would be great to have a Sentry Mode (that enables owners to monitor the surroundings of the vehicle with onboard cameras; Tesla does it why not Fisker). Also, please enable FaceID. Keeps needing to input my login credentials. Looking forward to new features in the future. ### 1/5 — Not a great app *2023-12-11* The app doesn’t work that well. It let me configure a car, but faulted out a few times and when I went back into edit, my configuration hadn’t been saved. The next steps info buttons did not do anything at all, and when I went into the app to look again the following day, the app would not work. Just a rotating circle forever. Hope the car works better! ### 3/5 — (Updated review) continuous improvements feedback *2023-11-30* 11/30 update: wish there are updates for users of the app for their existing Fisker car/s, in addition to updates for (as always) future looking customers only. There are forums that list over 100 very key and important updates needed and not seeing any of them in the current update is a huge red flag/bummer. Prior feedback: The latest update insta crashes the app. I really hope this is not how the ocean one is going operate 🤔 ### 1/5 — Very poor *2023-11-29* Tried to configure a car but gave up in disgust. I was unable to select UK, so only saw prices for the US. I couldn’t select Ocean Ultra, so I gave up in disgust. This app is so poor it will undermine sales, as I’m considering a Tesla Model Y and it looks like I will not be able to consider this competitor. Worse, the Fisker website wouldn’t allow me to continue on my iPad without using the App. So now I’m pretty much done with Fisker. ### 1/5 — App as key doesn’t work *2023-11-26* Not only is there no proximity locking/unlocking, the app is glitchy about locking and unlocking the Ocean manually. Instead, I have to carry the key fob around, and it doesn’t work that well either. Plus, at night, you can’t feel on the fob where lock and unlock buttons are, so you have to shine your iPhone flashlight on the fob to get the function right. Just poorly thought out. Lastly, app shows percent charged, but doesn’t show rate of charging, when charging will be complete, or convert state of charge to miles of range available. Very pre-production for a $74,000 vehicle. Very unhappy with it. ### 4/5 — Reduce latency *2023-11-13* This app is great but it needs some work and refinement. Looks like a startup company app. Right now it’s super not smooth. When configuring, there should be a back button because I keep clicking the cancel icon and it makes me not want to go back and reconfigure ### 3/5 — Limited usefulness and incorrect agreement terms *2023-10-21* There’s no information about any veghicle other than the Ocean. Read the fine print if you attempt to make a reservation for a different vehicle. When I read the terms and agreements for putting a deposit on an Alaska, the document stated I was agreeing to purchase an Ocean. ### 4/5 — App Lock/Unlock Functionality Disappointment *2023-10-12* My Ocean One was delivered earlier this week and rather than using the fob key, I wanted to get used to basic arm/disarm & powering on function via the phone app. Unfortunately, I have encountered lag issues with app response. I never know whether the lock/unlock function has worked. Whenever I use the app to lock the car I can here the arming beep, though the app spools and shows in red up top of the app “something went wrong” message and then reverts to unlock status on the app. Then even the highlighted unlock sign disappears with no indication whether vehicle is locked or unlocked! The app engineers absolutely have to focus attention and shift to use of vehicle functionality rather than the informational and ordering functions which has been great thus far. Will be great to add 360 camera view when the car is parked like is available for other vehicles. ### 1/5 — Can’t reset password in app *2023-10-08* This app hasn’t improved. I tried to log in and password wasn’t accepted. I reset password and it didn’t accept the new password. This happened twice. I raised a support ticket, but no option for app feedback so went under general. After raising a ticket a modal message appeared and the button didn’t work, so I was stuck with a message telling me to click to return to home and had to kill the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. Get some proper app developers and do some basic testing! Especially if FORCING people to download the app to configure a car on mobile devices. ### 3/5 — Useless app so far *2023-10-04* Not sure how the app is helping those of us who went on a limb to be first in line. So far, very unimpressed with the build out of the company’s front end ( customer service , customer experience) Bring back old school customer interaction, especially in the beginning when you want us happy I want to write a great review !!! Lets’s go Mr Fisker!!! ### 1/5 — Fisker app is a waste *2023-09-14* Fisker has continued to fail tremendously on communication & Delivery, and the app does not have any value or functionality, it constantly pulls up the wrong information about the order my Ocean One. When that has run in the background for quiet some time and you return to it, it would not display anything all and the app would hang making it useless. I am still waiting on the delivery of my Ocean One and I have not gotten any use for this app other than looking a worthless marketing about Fisker. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-09-02* Can’t configure a vehicle without creating an account, any other manufacturer will let me see pricing and options before asking me for my info. ### 1/5 — Schwach *2023-08-29* Schwach. The sales guy at The Grove/LA said download the app. There is no way to schedule it on the app and it says go to the website. So once you find the test drive section on the website it says do it on the app. So I called customer service, after 25 minutes on hold I have up. We're getting a BMW instead. If I'm having this much trouble just scheduling a test drive, I can't imagine how terrific after sales service is going to be. The app UI/UX has improved greatly over previous versions. I now get an estimated mileage range) and improvements on unlock/lock functions. As they progress in their development, I'm confident Fisker can deliver proximity lock/unlock functionality via the phone. I can't wait to be rid of a key. Great work DEV team and looking forward to all the future improvements in store. Here's my Xmas wishlist: -Rate of charge -Adjusting SOC -Remote key to allow other drivers access -Solar production stats -Climate control on-demand -trunk and charging port control -Valet / speed limit mode -Alarm and other notifications ### 5/5 — Tolle Applikation mit noch mehr Potential *2023-07-20* Ein wirklich toller Konfigurator, die jedoch selbst beim aktuellsten iPhone Pro etwas zu langsam ist, da die 3D Darstellungen sehr anspruchsvoll sind.
