### 1/5 — Need to create a account?

*2021-01-22*

I’m trying to created a new account and I can’t? How do I do this?

### 1/5 — Don’t bother, use the website

*2021-01-20*

The app gives you only a summary, the same as what is in the email informing you that the full analysis is on the website.

Plus the developers refuse to divulge what information they are taking from your phone.

### 1/5 — NothingBurger

*2020-02-05*

It’s simply a redirect app...basically the equivalent to saving a site’s homepage to your phone’s screen.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We launched an updated version of our iOS app. The new version will allow you to review your Fit3D 3D body scans, measurements, body composition, etc directly within the app. We will be launching updates often to add additional features and provide more value with each use. Thank you for using and we look forward to your continued feedback.

### 1/5 — Redirect you to web browser for use

*2020-01-22*

There’s honestly no reason to have an app if it’s just going to redirect you to a web browser! Please fix this.

### 1/5 — Nope

*2020-01-21*

App sends you to web page to access the details... So Nothin inside of the app.. No point of having an app

### 1/5 — Pointless!

*2020-01-12*

App redirects you to Safari for access to scans, etc. Why have an app for a webpage redirect?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — There is no way to create an account

*2022-05-27*

App is total crap! There no way to creat an account🤷🏿‍♂️. How can I prep for my body scan at crunch without setting up an account

### 1/5 — Very limited

*2022-03-10*

This app doesn’t do much. It should at least provide the scan data and integrate with Apple health.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2022-02-10*

No option no to create an account.

### 1/5 — Won’t even work

*2021-12-26*

It’s a bare app, no features like on the actual website. It crashes every time I try to use one of the features it does have available. Trash app

### 1/5 — Not much here

*2021-11-11*

This is a real wasted opportunity. You get just the minimum detail with the image. There is way more available on the website. If you aren’t going to show more at least sync details with HealthKit.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2021-07-02*

It doesn’t give you the option to create an account!! It just says log it! How in the world do you create an account?? Kinda just leaves you stuck!

### 1/5 — Glad it’s free not worth a penny

*2021-04-09*

Had this open and logged in when I had my scan at Crunch fitness. Scan never downloaded.

### 1/5 — Literally nothing here

*2021-04-02*

There is hardly any information here at all that would be helpful. There should be a more comprehensive breakdown of our bodies and also, it would be beneficial to be able to use with other apps like Fitbit, Renpho, my fitness pal, etc.

### 1/5 — Annoying

*2021-02-26*

Doesn’t show a way to create an account! Asks for for log in and that’s it

### 1/5 — Trash

*2021-01-23*

You need to make it exactly like the website. It looks like this app was made in 2 hours, no thought or effort put into it whatsoever.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great motivation

*2020-04-14*

The Fit3D app allowed me to review all of my Fit3D scans from the convenience of my phone. This helped remind me of my body and weight goals and provided great visuals to help me reach them.

While great already, I’m sure that this app will continue to evolve and improve to provide me even more information as I continue to track my body changes with Fit3D body scans.

### 3/5 — Can we get integration for apple health?

*2022-09-17*

Can we get integration for apple health? It looks like the could connect through an api to download our latest measurement data

### 2/5 — Log in again and again

*2022-06-20*

Logs me out as soon as I close the app 🤦‍♂️

Shows the 3d scan and body measurements with scan history. Nothing else, which is fine for me.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t provide all details as web version

*2020-08-29*

I’d like this much better if it provided all of the details that are on the website when you login. I can only see a few things on the app so it’s not very helpful.
