I used to go to Emma’s classes but due to work commitments I no longer can. Then Emma told me about the app, and what a game changer it is! I can do however many classes I want and where I want. There is a fantastic range of classes to choose from and you can also length of class you want to do, this app is genius! 
I can highly recommend this app.

What a brilliant selection of classes from Emma and Gavin. Whatever your age or ability you can find a class to suit you here. Even if you only have 10 minutes to spare there is a class you can do to give yourself that little positive boost for the day. Give it a go!!

Emma and Gavin’s classes are brilliant. Easy to follow and enjoyable to take part in. That’s what makes you want to exercise more- having fun and feeling like things are manageable at the same time. I highly recommend yoga and pump and tone.
