## What is My Fluid Plan?

My Fluid Plan helps you track your prescribed daily fluid intake and weight in a simple, friendly way. It is designed for people on medically restricted fluid regimes, such as those with heart or kidney conditions, and for their carers.

Log every drink in just a couple of taps using quick volume buttons and clear categories like water, tea/coffee, juice, milk with cereal, medication fluids, and more. See your running total for the day against a personalised fluid limit agreed with your clinician, and record your daily weight alongside your intake to support monitoring of fluid balance.

My Fluid Plan focuses on clarity and ease of use, with large text and buttons to support older adults and people with visual or cognitive challenges. The clean layout highlights only what matters: today’s total fluid, today’s weight, and a simple history of recent days that you can review together with your health team.

My Fluid Plan does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional care. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or nurse regarding your individual fluid and weight goals.
