You will learn to manage cashflow, make decisions regarding living expenses, get married and have kids, build your retirement fund and buy a home, investment properties and a share portfolio. A few times I have had a really good start and then the game crashes ): It typically happens when I’m buying or selling houses. If this bug did not exist I most probably would give a 5 star ### 3/5 — BitLife + The Game of Life *2023-06-20, version 0.2.9* Rotating dial determines how many spaces you leap with a monopoly-esque “birthday” tile which is like a “GO!” tile. Random life happenings and simplistic art akin to games like BitLife. Not terrible, though a bit repetitive. A good one and done game. ### 5/5 — love the game, could use an update *2023-03-14, version 0.2.9* just go through the reviews these guys have some great ideas. buying/selling multiple properties at once. add some new investment opportunities. maybe random businesses, gas stations, malls, industrial companies etc. i’m just repeating what others are saying though. but most importantly it’s a solid game that kills time and keeps me coming back with different strategies. great job ### 1/5 — Would not recommend *2023-02-25, version 0.2.9* The game has a couple of major issues, one of them being the lack of agency and the insane dependence on RNG to determine your success. You have no control over the beginning of your life (which isn’t that big of a deal), but the fact that you don’t have specific details of what job you work is a major problem. It’s also possible to never get a raise your entire life and the whole system around how stocks work is completely ludicrous. I would assume you would be investing in an index fund but then it shouldn’t be ever going down in value. If the player is investing in volatile stocks then the returns definitely don’t justify the losses. There’s also no entrepreneurship and the only job you work is a generic job with generic salaries. No specific details in the game anywhere. ### 3/5 — Decent game *2022-09-16, version 0.2.9* Fun game to play but when you accidentally drop or break your iPad/iPhone 4 times in a year, you need to give up technology. Also there are free hobbies to take up that don’t cost $500 to start. It would help cash flow management if there was a better calculation system to keep track of what your net profit/loss would be each year. I also don’t understand when I choose to reinvest shares and the lower spin number represents a loss in portfolio, rather than just adding negative/positive numbers to determine the return. Overall a decent game but could use better mechanics. ### 5/5 — Honestly a good game, needs to be longer *2022-08-08, version 0.2.9* I love this game, it’s a good mix of a complicated life sim and a easy clicker game. I really enjoy this game, but I think there should be a endless mode. ### 4/5 — great concept good execution *2022-07-23, version 0.2.9* i think the idea is really great but i find the investment options to be limiting. I think the first upgrade is to be able to buy other real estate worth more than 1m (10m for example) or buy large quantities of real estate at once. I think it would be also cool to invest in startups (with random chance of success). I like the board game structure because it differentiates from bitlife and think you should continue in that path.
