The app is hard to use. Also don’t purchase warranties from this. It’s a scam. All they do is come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can’t cover what you need until it expires. They blatantly lied to me over a dozen times. Consider yourselves warned

Couldn’t really explain because for one you pick from options and if it’s not there you have to choose cause it won’t let you explain in your own way so they could understand.And when they come out to fix,they fix what you picked from and say that’s not is on the paperwork
