You cant login because the app just doesnt send the otp needed for logging in. The UI is also terrible. The website also looks horrible and the overall experience of using this app has been terrible! Avoid ising this company if possible as the company clearly doesnt care for the customers experience ### 1/5 — No mechanism gor resolving issue complete *2023-05-28, version 1.5.3* Initially 2 months it worked well. In May-2023, every alternate day it stops working. Customer care guy will call and say plz check this in your router and bla bla. They doesn’t support on sunday. Have been complaining since an year now. Neither do they fix the net nor return the money. Some Sudhanshu from technical support calls & he knows nothing about anything & is high on attitude. Every time they say that Sir you’ll be needing a router and then the range will get better. This time I got router for Rs 1400 and then for two days the speed was nice. I thought things are better so as my billing cycle approached I made a quarterly payment of Rs 2517 thinking now that router is installed I won’t have any problem. As soon as I made the payment, things started escalating in a pathetic way and my internet connection has gone for a toss. I hate Fusion net and they are fraud. Please don’t install their internet. I called customer care, mailed them with videos but they don’t have any answers except for excuses. Stay Far Away! *2025-08-24, version 1.5.5* FusionNet is the absolute WORST broadband service I’ve ever used. They don’t provide internet—they provide lies, stress, and fraud. Using this service is a complete waste of money and time. • Unreliable & pathetic service: Constant disconnections, extremely slow speeds—impossible for work, streaming, or even basic browsing. • Fraudulent charges: I paid for services I never received. Once you pay, you are trapped—you will have to keep calling them again and again, talking to hundreds or even thousands of people, but your issue will NEVER be resolved. • Technicians = rude and unprofessional: Misleading, rude, unhelpful, and then vanish when you try to get help. • Customer support = useless: Polite but completely ineffective. They make you run in circles endlessly without solving anything. • The app = broken: Buggy, crashes constantly, and provides zero useful information. FusionNet doesn’t care about customers. They will take your money, lie, frustrate you, and leave you helpless. Do not waste a single rupee or second on this disaster. ### 1/5 — Worst CCE *2025-08-22, version 1.5.5* Sonu and Srikant is worst CCE they disconnect the call if anybody say are you Deaf they fill somebody abuse him, they both work in night sift so they have the right anytime they can disconnect the call of customer without any warning after that if you call them they will pick the call but keep in mute and put down the headphone .. Fusionet is the worst company taking the amount as a security but don’t bother to return the security amount after taking the amount .
