Latest version 1.0 crashes upon opening app. I'm sure it's a great app if it's working properly.

Revised Review: Within a day of my review of the app I was contacted by someone, Ms. Thames then Mr. Meine, with the City of Grand Prairie after a few back and forth emails they put an honest and successful effort in fixing he previous issue the app had after an iOS update. Reporting outages or any various issues couldn't be easier. Direct connection in making a call to the department you need is also a snap. Browsing through the app is easy and there are a few surprising things I didn't expect. Give it a try, I couldn't be happier with not only the app but my experience in dealing with the cities Comm & Marketing and the IT dept.

Previous Review: When I first got the app several months ago it seemed fine but after months I finally had a use for it to report some street lights outages and traffic signal problems. I got responses for the traffic signal almost immediately and it was repaired just as quick, within 2 days. That was awesome. But the street light response to weeks before it was acknowledged but when the city employee did respond again it was taken care of in days. Also, I reported some possible code enforcement issues in my neighborhood, the main reason I downloaded the app, and it's been months with no response. Is it the apps fault, idk? Lastly, after my last iOS update the Report New Issue tap is covered up and now you can't use the app to tell the city there are exposed electrical wires at a crosswalk. So basically it's inconsistent. Oh, and many of the numbers in the municipal contacts list can't be selected to call from the app.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2016-07-07*

Once you report a problem Grandprairie city will try it's best to fix it in 1-3 days. Satisfied with the app

### 5/5 — Feature Request

*2016-04-26*

Great app except no spell check built into the app when writing descriptions of issues.

### 5/5 — Additions

*2015-04-13*

Can you add overgrown yards
