My GSL is the workforce app used across the Gemstone Lights network — company staff, our dealership teams in Calgary and Atlanta, and the contractors who work with us internationally. Time clock, time-off requests and leave balances in one place, on your phone.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
• Start and end your shift with a single tap.
• On-site clock-in confirms you are at the workplace over Bluetooth; approved remote workers can clock in from anywhere.
• See today's hours and your latest punches at a glance.

TIME OFF, MADE SIMPLE
• Request vacation, flex or work-from-home days.
• Pick the exact days on a calendar — statutory holidays and weekends are marked and set aside for you, so you only book real working days.
• Add a note for your manager and submit in seconds.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
• A clear dashboard shows vacation, flex and work-from-home balances — what you have earned, what you have taken and what is still available for the year.
• Drill into any balance to see how it accrues and every booking behind it.

STAY IN THE LOOP
• Track every request — pending, approved, declined or cancelled.
• Get notified the moment a request is approved or needs attention.
• Read your leave policy, accrual rules and the holiday calendar right in the app.

CARRY YOUR ID

My GSL is provided to people working with Gemstone Lights Canada LTD and Gemstone Lights USA Corp — employees, dealership staff and contracted partners. Signing in requires an account issued by Gemstone Lights; there is no sign-up in the app.
