It means you have a relatively simple method of raising issues with the letting agent that means you can upload photos etc quickly and easily... In theory that is! The app works about 10% of the time. Mostly it crashes, kicks you out of the process and dumps you back at the start, won’t let you edit text fields (that usually results in a crash) and is generally really frustrating. I’ve been trying for an hour to log a fault with a kitchen appliance and have now just given up - I will have to try and call someone in the morning - which is not even close to the first time this has happened. ### 3/5 — Great but not currently working *2018-05-20, version 1.0.21* Very helpful app and has been working fine for some months but for last 3 weeks has not worked at all. Every time I try to open it says it can’t get internet but all my other apps work fine with the internet and in anycase it could use data to open.
