The is the first app that uses TEAM-cbt rather than traditional cbt to improve users' mood. I have always wished to find an app like this , and finally dream came true.

The problem of this app is that it is so buggy that it is almost unusable. It seems that this app is still underdevelopment rather than well polished. Hope it will be much better in the near future.
