Great sound. Terrible ear fit. Nearly unusable functionality (sliding fingers do not always work). Usually a connectivity problem at every use.

TLDR; this app is non-functional. 

My FLY TWS headphones connect to both my phone and tablet’s bluetooth just fine, yet this app *insists* it cannot find them. I follow all instructions, try different configurations of headphones being in and out of my ears with the open case, “forgetting” and reconnecting to them, bluetooth and phone turned off and on again, no music in the background as instructed (or any open apps of any sort)… nothing. 

What a letdown. The customization was a cool little selling point for me, and the first thing I wanted to play with. Instead, it turned my first experience into instant frustration. Blurgh

Why did you guys develop a app that doesn't work. Everytime asks same thing,connect Bluetooth via control center i already did that and nothing comes up. Waste and stupid App. If you can't develop a better app don't do it and waste people's time.

6 setzen bitte. Hier haben wir eine App die wohl als schlechteste App gekrönt werden könnte. Mit dem IPad Pro verbunden, aber es kommt kein Ton. Werde die Kopfhören in Müll schmeißen, sowas braucht keiner. Gut, dass es qualitativ bessere gibt.

Ohne Funktion bei Apple! 

Nicht den Müll kaufen lieber China Kram was funktioniert und qualitativ mit Sicherheit besser ist!

I was really looking forward to using this app for the customization I have the HK sound sticks and they’re amazing, however the HK FLY ANC can’t even connect to the app. Kinda disappointed I really hope this gets fixed and I can get back to listening to some quality sounds like my sound sticks.

Having read the bad reviews, I didn’t bother installing this app until the new version unexpectedly showed up in October of 2024. I gave it a shot and, to my surprise, it seems to work just fine with my HK FLY ANC headphones. The graphic equalizer feature is pretty good.

Muy buenos audífonos de Harman Kardon Fly. Si quieres bajos, pon la opción de BASS que ya viene y se potencian los audífonos muchísimo. He tenido marcas de Sony, Bose, JBL, LG y la verdad Harman Kardon se los lleva a todos. Tengo una bocina HK Play Go y es de lo mejor. No se la piensen dos veces.

App works good, connects right away. Great EQ. But the headphones themselves have bad ANC, when turned on seems like 5-10% on noise goes away...  noice cancellation is so week. :( So sad i couldnt test it in a shop.. thanks to covid-19.. =(

Me encanta, pero no hay servicio de reparación, tengo un lado izquierdo que no carga pero me dicen que no pueden ayudar por qué no tienen servicio de soporte para el modelo fly tws, es decir compré unos audífonos desechables, y no costaron baratos, no los recomendaría, caros u sin soporte

I love the ear buds but the app needs work. Firstly, I wish there was a feature to tell you what’s the battery life. I also wished you could change the gestures rather than just changing what the default gestures do.
