Pages will not save, after multiple attempts. No error messages to guide user why a seemingly completed page is defective. App hangs, lots of blank pages and then, after several minutes, email arrives to say they’ve cancelled your appointment. Lower your expectations as HCA don’t really care, well they say they do, but their actions show they don’t. It worries me that if at the first contact with HCA poor attention to detail seems prominent, is their clinical care just as bad?
