Track migraine symptoms and share important history data with your doctor.

By tracking your headache symptoms, My Head Hurts can provide accurate HIT-6 and MIDAS scores, which are commonly used to assess the impact of migraine headaches on everyday life. My Head Hurts can also help you determine common days of the week or times of day when headaches are most likely to occur, helping you determine factors that may increase the likelihood of headaches.

Charts allow you to see changes in the severity or duration of your headaches as you pursue new treatments with your doctor.

Once you've started tracking a headache, My Head Hurts can also remind you to update your symptoms so you can record changes in your headache's severity and its duration.

My Head Hurts does not provide medical diagnosis or advice. You should always consult with a doctor regarding the best treatment for your headaches.

My Head Hurts offers 45 days of free headache tracking. After 45 days, you may purchase an Annual Subscription or a Monthly Subscription to continue recording heading and treatment information for 1 year or 1-month, respectively. You will always have access to previously recorded data regardless of your subscription status.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
