Why log in to this if I can just download the other third-party apps and log in there. Fairly poor design ### 1/5 — No functionalities *2026-05-15* Genuinely don’t get the point of this app when as soon as you press a button you get redirected to an external site or the browser version. One of the worst app and should be removed from App Store. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2024-04-02* Having been moved from Bupa to Healix by my employer I am sorry to say this has been a disaster with regards to this App. It doesn’t contain simple information (a contact phone number for example) and when you submit a claim it seems impossible to find the updated info on that claim. I have added 2 items to an existing claim and cannot find them.
