Spent a good half hour faffing about trying to complete my registration with numerous verification codes & it kept saying my password or email address was incorrect. I know the password is correct so I can only guess I set my email up incorrectly at the start but there is no way I can check this. It locked me out after my 4th attempt so I deleted the app. Pure rubbish. . ### 1/5 — Registration red flag *2023-11-01* Recently been signed up to this service by work and right off the bat during registration I had to spend 10 mins manually trying to work out which field is invalid because it doesn’t highlight the invalid one for you. Turns out even though it says password is min 10 length, there’s a secret max length too 🤦🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Rubbish - won’t open on either phone *2023-10-16* Having used its website / I wasn’t expecting the App to be any good.. but it’s not even opening on 2 phones I’ve installed it on. ### 1/5 — App not allowing logon or registration. *2023-10-14* I loaded the app, tapped it to open it up and it just sits there with a very nice rotating circle of nothingness. That’s as far as it seems to get. ### 1/5 — Not very good (& I’m being polite) *2023-09-15* Quite simply rubbish. I created a claim , & saved a draft. Came back to it the next day once I had my receipt and I found the draft saved, but I couldn’t do anything with it. No matter what I tried I could not edit it. So! Started a new claim. Went through the whole process again. Got to the end this time and pressed SUBMIT! Nothing , tried again still nothing. Tried editing my claim , my details, SUBMIT again, nothing, no warnings, no red flags anywhere but no matter what I did it would not submit my claim. Ended up logging in on the computer , fingers crossed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — External links? *2026-07-14* 103.2mb app to hold external links to third-party websites with no user interface making transitions easy. Why log in to this if I can just download the other third-party apps and log in there. Fairly poor design ### 1/5 — No functionalities *2026-05-15* Genuinely don’t get the point of this app when as soon as you press a button you get redirected to an external site or the browser version. Also why do I have to log in with my email and password every day? ### 1/5 — Utter Rubbish *2025-12-22* Have a website account but the App cannot find me! Complete junk… ### 1/5 — Constantly crashing *2025-07-13* This app is supposed to allow access to medical services yet it is not stable enough to work when needed. Decided to try with it anyway because work has chosen Helix for health care. Can’t activate my account, keep rejecting the code it sends to my phone. Deleted and will turn to the desktop instead. One of the worst app and should be removed from App Store. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2024-04-02* Having been moved from Bupa to Healix by my employer I am sorry to say this has been a disaster with regards to this App. It doesn’t contain simple information (a contact phone number for example) and when you submit a claim it seems impossible to find the updated info on that claim. I have added 2 items to an existing claim and cannot find them.
