Why are there no options to link multiple children in one family together? I have to have different logins for each child just to access their information! And it’s so difficult to actually locate any information on this app as well very disappointing.

Said the sent a code to scan, but never received.  Then, to log in need a clinic ID also with everything and nobody in the clinic knows this plus the phone number required to call does not respond back!

This is probably the worst app I have ever used, and that’s unfortunate considering it’s the only way I can access some of my medical records. I actually DO have my clinic ID, but every time I try to log in I get a “network error.” The developers of this app need to get it together and over a year of choosing not to acknowledge a known error is unacceptable.
