## What is My Health Tracker by Omega?

My Health Tracker is a health and wellbeing tool which allows you to receive laboratory test results to your phone, and helps you make personalised changes to your diet based on your test results for optimal health.   My Health Tracker app gives you all the information you need at the touch of a button.

Food sensitivities can be associated with digestive symptoms. Avoiding foods which cause an adverse delayed immune response in conjunction with maintaining a wellness diary can  improve symptoms such as gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, and others.
However, everyone is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Keeping track of how you feel can give you greater insight into which foods might be contributing to your symptoms.
The easy to use, interactive features allow you to take a proactive approach to managing your health with the help of a trained professional.
