## What is My Health Watch?

The My Health Watch app is an easy way to view and enter data for Apple Health on your Apple Watch.  The intuitive user interface makes it easy to use and keep track of the most common health values such as heart rate, steps, blood pressure, temperature, and more.  An easy way to keep track of your vitals and other common measures.  The data can then be exported from your Health app on your iPhone to be shared if you so desire with your healthcare team.
